Making mistakes is a great way to learn. It is normal to make mistakes as we learn new things, as long as we keep trying to get it right!

I have been studying and reading about how learning occurs and how children can increase their actual learning and academic achievement through the attitudes they hold toward their learning.
As teachers and parents we can affect their outlook on learning and the perceptions they have about their mistakes and their abilities to grow as students. We must praise the child's efforts and not their achievements. We must make them see how much it matters to try hard and have perseverance and stamina toward learning.
